TURIB Registration and ELUS Transactions
It has been announced that the works regarding the establishment of the Turkish Product Specialized Exchange Inc. (TURIB), which was established in 2018 in order to ensure that Electronic Product Certificates (ELUS) can be traded under a single stock exchange, have reached their final stages in July 2019, based on the Council of Ministers’ decision numbered 2017/9986 and dated 27.02.2017, issued within the framework of Article 53 of the “Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and Chambers and Commodity Exchanges” numbered 5174.

Following the establishment of TURIB, all ELUS trading transactions will be carried out only within TURIB, and the trading transactions of ELUS will be carried out by investors directly through the “TURIB Trading Platform” accessible from http://www.turib.com.tr without any intermediaries.

When TÜRİB becomes operational, investors must register with TÜRİB in order to continue their ELÜS transactions without any interruption. Investors who want to perform ELÜS transactions will be registered by applying to our Antalya Chamber of Commerce, which has signed an agency agreement with TÜRİB, with all the information and documents listed below. The investor's registration will be carried out by our Exchange by entering the documents listed below into the TÜRİB system.

Therefore, it is strongly announced that investors who want to make ELÜS purchases and sales should apply to our Ankara Chamber of Commerce, with all the information and documents listed below, for registration with TÜRİB.

Investors who want to update their information in the TÜRİB system will be able to make the changes in question through our Exchange.

TÜRKİYE ÜRÜN İHTİSAS BORSASI A.Ş. (TÜRİB) INVESTOR REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Required Documents for Registration of Natural Persons:

* Copy of ID Card
* Any of the documents considered valid for address confirmation (residence certificate, invoice, etc.)
Real Person Customer Identification Form (Annex/2 or Annex/3-b in case of proxy appointment)

* Document showing investment account to be obtained from Brokerage House or Bank
* Investor Information, Approval and Commitment Text (Investor Commitment) (Annex/4)

Required Documents for Registration of Legal Entities:

* Trade Registry Gazette copy containing the establishment announcement
* Activity Certificate copy obtained from Trade Registry
* Tax Certificate copy
* Signature Circular
* Legal Entity Customer Identification and Representative Appointment Form (Annex/3-a)

* Decision taken by the authorized body of the Company regarding the appointment of a representative
* From Brokerage House or Bank document showing the investment account to be taken
* Investor Information, Approval and Commitment Text (Investor Commitment) (Annex/4)
