The "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures Regarding the Implementation of the Right to Information Law" numbered 2004/7189, which is aimed at the implementation of the law, was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey dated April 27, 2004 and numbered 25445.

Regulation on the Right to Information Law numbered 25269, dated October 24, 2003 According to the "Law on the Right to Information" published in the Official Gazette and the "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures Regarding the Implementation of the Law on the Right to Information" published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey dated 27 April 2004 and numbered 25445, it is mandatory to fill out the forms in applications made by real and legal persons via e-mail and fax.
