Sakarya Commodity Exchange Trading Practices
• Products that are traded within the borders of our Exchange and are free to trade outside the Exchange must be registered with the Exchange within 30 days at the latest.
• Products traded within the borders of our Exchange must be registered with the Exchange no later than the end of business hours the next business day.
• A 2% loss is reduced from the broom grass traded by weight on the Exchange.
• The goods subject to the purchase and sale made on the basis of samples must be in accordance with the sample.
• If the arbitration board determines that the goods traded that do not comply with the sample are not in accordance with the sample, the current purchase and sale will be canceled by the arbitration board.
• Traders-tradesmen who are not registered with the Exchange cannot buy goods from the Exchange tender.
• Members registered with the Exchange can sell the goods in their stocks in the Exchange tender.
• The payment for the goods tendered is cash.
• The weighing place of the goods tendered is the Stock Exchange scales and the delivery place is the address of the buyer.
• It is forbidden to buy and sell products brought to the Stock Exchange for sale outside of the tender.
• In case of any dispute between the buyer and the seller or if the goods are cancelled in the tender, the cancelled goods are put out to tender on the next business day.
The arbitration board is the authority to resolve disputes that may arise after the purchase and sale of the goods.

1. SUNFLOWER: Maximum 4.5 in the first two months, maximum 3% in the other months within a year,
2. FLOUR: 1% retailer loss when transported from the mill to the bakery or manufacturing plant, 2.5%,
3. WHEAT BRAN: Retailer loss 3%, transportation loss 1.5, Note: Transportation loss belongs to the baker and the manufacturer. The miller cannot use it.
4. STARCH: (Corn, potato, wheat): There is no storage loss in starch. Transportation loss from the factory or manufacturing plant to the wholesaler is 1% in starch and retailer loss in starch sold openly at the retailer is 2.5%. Transportation loss is not deducted for this,
5. FLAXSEED: Maximum 3%.
6. PULSE (Sunflower, Corn): 4% in the first month after production, 2% in the following month, but this loss amount cannot exceed 10%.
7. MELTED CLEAR OIL: Wholesaler loss 1.5%, retailer loss 4%,
8. UNMELTED CLEAR OIL: Wholesaler loss 5%, retailer loss 7%.
9. VEGETAL KITCHEN OILS: Retailer loss is 2%.
10. VEGETAL FLOUR OILS: If filtered, 2%, transportation loss 1.5%
11. GLUCOSE: Transportation loss is 2%, varies from 10% to 20% depending on the substance to be used in production.
12. PUMPER: Transportation Loss is 2%, 20% in the first 3 months of storage, 10% in other months.
13. ONION: 20% from January to December (Wholesaler 2% for each change of hands, retailer loss up to 3%)
14. POTATOES: 8% in July, August and September, 15% in October, November, December, 20% from January to June (Wholesaler 2% for each change of hands, retailer loss up to 3%)
15. MOLASSES: 2% for transportation, 5% for retail sales.
16. WHITE CHEESE: (Summer Season) 1% for each day not to exceed 20% when shipped from province to province after being sold by wholesalers, 4% if shocked in the freezer, retailer loss 15%.
17. WHITE CHEESE: (Winter Season) 1/2% for each day after being sold by wholesalers and not exceeding 10% when shipped from one province to another, 8% if shocked in the freezer, 15% retailer loss.
18. CHESHAR CHEESE: 5% when being sold by wholesalers and shipped from one province to another, 4% if stocked in the freezer, 7% retailer loss.
19. GARLIC: Proportional to onion.
20. EGGS: 6% for the wholesaler who buys and processes the product, 10% for the retailer.
21. OLIVE: 8% for those who buy raw and salt it, 7% for the wholesaler who picks it up from the brine and transports it to another region, and 10% retailer loss.
22. WALNUT: (Walnuts in shell) Transportation loss from city to city is 2%, preservation loss is 2%, retailer loss is 5%. (Walnuts in shell) Transportation loss from city to city is 5%, preservation loss is 2%, retailer loss is 6%. NOTE: If processed, the average loss is 10%.
23. HAZELNUT: (Walnuts in shell) Transportation loss from city to city is 1%, preservation loss is 2%, retailer loss is 3%. NOTE: If roasted, 13% loss is accepted. (Hazelnuts in shell) Transportation loss from city to city is 3%, preservation loss is 5%, retailer loss is 10%.
24. PUMPKIN SEEDS: Transportation loss from city to city is 3%, storage loss is 10%, retail loss is 5%, sifting and roasting motorization including salt is 15%, retail 5%,
25. SILK COCOON: Transportation loss is 2%, storage 2%, baking 55% to 58%.
26. GOAT HAIR: Transportation loss 2%, processing loss if processed in Adapazarı is 5%, if stored in warehouses under normal conditions, processed up to 6 months and natural loss is 1%
27. MOHROES: Transportation loss 1%, processing loss if processed in Adapazarı is 1%, if stored in warehouses under normal conditions, processed up to 6 months and natural loss is 0.5%
28. WOOL: Transportation loss, processing loss if processed in Adapazarı is 2%, if stored in warehouses under normal conditions, processed up to 6 months and natural loss is 5%
29. COTTON: Adana and Izmir Stock Exchange practices will be followed.
30. LIVE ANIMALS: (Saturation Loss) Saturation loss of 8% is deducted from cattle, 5% from sheep and 4% from lambs. The cost of the goods is calculated based on the remaining weight after the satiety loss is deducted.
31. CUT MEAT: (Red Meat – White Meat) 1.5% for 24 hours in fresh meat, 0.5% for 500 km in fresh meat transportation, 1% for 1000 km, 2% for storage (shocking) up to 6 months
32. RAW HIDE AND FRESH HIDES:
1. Since the small cattle skins purchased from slaughterhouses and breeders are bought and sold in units, there is no loss in these.
2. The loss rate for salted and air-dried small cattle skins up to the manufacturer or exporter is 8%.
3. Since sales are made by weight for cattle skins, maximum 2% from skin to skin, maximum 20% from skin to brine, maximum 4% from brine to brine,
4. Maximum 4% for imported cattle skins in brine, maximum 2% for salted and air-dried imported cattle skins.
33. SHARLIES: Transportation loss 2%, storage loss 3%, retailer loss 10%
34. DEXTRIN: There is no transportation, storage, retailer loss.
35. CORN ESSENCE: There is no transportation, storage, retailer loss.
36. SOAP: (White-Green) In white soap, sacked packaging transportation loss is 3%, in white soap, sacked packaging storage loss in warehouse (for six months) is 5%, in white soap, sacked packaging
