SAKARYA COMMODITY EXCHANGE SALE AND PURCHASE CONVENTION
Any product that is made within the exchange and is free to sale and purchase out of the Exchange, needs to be registered to the Exchange within a maximum 30-days period.
· Any product that sold and purchased within the Exchange, needs to be registered to the Exchange until the next work day.
· Heather is %3 commissionable by sale and purchase within the Exchange.
· Heather length that is sold in Exchange bids needs to be minimum 80 cm and maximum 90 cm. If heather is longer than 90 cm, each 5 cm is commissionable by %1.
· If the product is sold and purchased according to a sample, product itself needs to match sample.
· If an unmatched-to-sampled product is sold or purchased and gets identified by the arbitral tribunal, sale or purchase gets cancelled by the arbitral tribunal.
· Merchants and tradesmen that are not registered to Exchange, not able to get products from Exchange bids.
· Members that are registered to Exchange, are able to sell their stocked products by Exchange bids.
· Products that are bided needs to be paid in advance.
· Weighing of bided products is made at Exchange weighbridges. Place of delivery is the address of the buyer.
· Products that are brought to Exchange with the purpose of sales, is forbidden to sell or purchase besides the Exchange.
· Products that are cancelled while bidding or cancelled by any disagreement between salesmen an buyer, is bided again next work day.
· Any disagreement may occur after the purchase or sale is solved by the arbitral tribunal.

1- Sunflower: %4,5 for first two months, later minimum %3 yearly.
2- Flour: Transport from mill to bakery or workshop is %1, retailer commission is %2,5.
3- Wheat Bran: Retailer commission is %3, transport commission is %1,5.
PS: Transport commission is only usable by baker and producer. Miller can’t use it.
4- Starch: (Corn, Potato, Wheat): There is no storage commission with starch. Transport from factory or workshop is commissionable with %1 and direct sale from retailer is commissionable with %2,5.
5- Flaxseed: Maximum up to %3.
6- Pulp (Sunflower, Corn): After production, within first month, ratio is %4. Next month, %2. Commission ratio can’t be more than %10.
7- Melted Plain Oil: Wholesaler commission is %1,5. Retailer commission is % 4.
8- Solid Plain Oil: Wholesaler commission is %5. Retailer commission is % 7.
9- Vegetable Margarine: Retailer commission is %2.
10- Vegetable Fluid Oil: If it is filtered %2, transport commission s %1,5.
11- Glucose: Transport commission is %2, changeable from %10 to %20 according to the material that will be used in the production.
12- Pumpkin: Transport commission is %2, storage commission is %20 for the first three months and %10 for the coming months.
13- Onion: From January to December %20. (When the wholesaler relays %2, retailer commission is up to %3)
14- Potato: In July, August and September %8, in October, November and December %15, from January to June % 20. (When the wholesaler relays %2, retailer commission is up to %3)
15- Boiled Grape Juice: Transport commission is %2, retail sale is %5.
16- Feta Cheese: (In Summer) Post-sale from wholesaler, transport commission from one province to other is %1 for each day, maximum %20. If it is frozen at ice house %4, retailer commission is %15.
17- Kashkawal: Post-sale from the wholesaler, transport commission from one province to other is %5. If it is frozen at ice house %4, retailer commission is %7.
18- Garlic: Likewise Onion.
19- Egg: At wholesaler who processes the product commission is %6, at retailer, %10.
20- Olive: To whom takes raw and salts the olive, commission is %8, to wholesaler who transports the product after brine commission is %7. Retailer commission is %10.
21- Walnut: (Without shell) Transport commission from one city to other is %2. Storage commission is %2. Retailer commission is %5.
(With shell) Transport commission from one city to other is %5. Storage commission is %2. Retailer commission is %6.
PS: If walnut without shell is processed, it is commissionable %10 on average.
22- Hazelnut: (Without shell) Transport commission from one city to other is %1. Storage commission is %2. Retailer commission is %3.
PS: If it is roasted, it is %13 commissionable.
(With Shell) Transport commission from one city to other is %3. Storage commission is %5. Retailer commission is %10.
23- Pumpkin Seed: Transport commission from one city to other is %3. Storage commission is %10. Retailer commission is %5. If it is sieved and roasted, it is commissionable by %15, retail %5.
24- Floss: Transport commission is %2, storage commission is %2, baking is between %55 and %58.
25- Goat Hair: Transport commission is %2, if it is processed in Adapazari process commission is %5. In standard conditions, storage commission is %1 for natural and processed up to 6 months.
26- Mohair: Transport commission is %1, if it is processed in Adapazari process commission is %1. In standard conditions, storage commission is %0,5 for natural and processed up to 6 months.
27- Wool: If it is processed in Adapazari process commission is %2. In standard conditions, storage commission is %5 for natural and processed up to 6 months.
28- Cotton: Likewise Adana and Izmir Commodity Exchange decisions.
29- Livestock: (Satiety Commission) For cattle %8, for sheep %5, for lambs %4. Product price is assessed according to weight after the deduction of satiety commission.
30- Cut Meat: (Red or White Meat) For fresh meat within 24 hours %1,5. Transport commission of fresh meat is %0,5 for 500 km and %1 for 1000 km. Storage (freezing) commission is %2 up to 6 months.
31- Raw Skins and Wet Skins:
1- No commission ratio is available since small ruminant skins are bought and sold on tradition from slaughterhouses and stock farmers.
2- For air dried and salted small ruminant skins commission ratio is %8 towards producer or exporter.
3- Due to weight sell on cattle skins, it is maximum %2 for wet to wet, maximum %20 for wet to brine and maximum %4 for brine to brine.
4- For brined export cattle skins maximum %4, for export air dried and salted cattle skins maximum %2.
32- Sty: Transport commission is %2, storage commission is %3, and retailer commission is % 10.
33- Dextrin: No storage, transport or retailer commission is available.
34- Corn Oil: No storage, transport or retailer commission is available.
35- Soap: (White and Green) Transport commission for sacked packaging for white soap is %3, Storage for sacked packaging for white soap is %5 (6 months), retailer for sacked packaging for white soap is up to %10 (including transport commission).
For second kind pomace soaps, commission is %2 more from the above numbers.
36- Heather: Transport %3, Storage fort he first 3 months %18 (%7 after 3 months), % 40 commission is accepted during production.
37- Heather Seeds: Transport%1, Storage %10, and retailer % 25.
