1) WHO ARE THE PERSONS AND ORGANISATIONS FOR WHICH MEMBERSHIP IS  MANDATORY?

According to Article 32 of Law No. 5174 and Article 7 of the Exchange Act Regulations for the application of this Act, those engaged in the purchase or sale of materials involved in the listing of the Commodity Exchange must register on the stock exchange where they are located.

Any changes in the circumstances of those who are obliged to register on the market and which are required to be registered and declared in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code shall be notified to the stock exchange that they are registered within one month after the realization. The relevant stock exchange which receives a registration which is registered but not registered in legal form is obliged to inform the relevant registrar of the situation of those who fail to fulfill this requirement to make the necessary registry changes.  The registry office is obliged to carry out the necessary procedures upon this notification.

Records of those who fail to comply with the obligation to register shall be made directly to the commodity exchange and notified to them.

2) WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER TO BUYING OR SELLING IN SAKARYA COMMODITY EXCHANGE?

4) WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED ITEMS FOR EXPORT?

In order to prevent the loss and leakage of agricultural products by means of the General Communiqué of the Revenue Tax Series 164, institutions and brokerage houses acting as buyers and sellers in relation to tax breaks and taxation of agricultural (even if processed) purchases and sales, Taxable items that are required to be traded in the export trade, and products that are obliged to be quoted on the trade exchanges are indicated in the annex to the General Communiqué on Revenue Tax on the Series 181.  And it is compulsory to submit the stock exchange registration declarations in export customs procedures of the products listed in this list.

5) HOW TO BUY A DOMESTIC GOOD, WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law, which became effective by publishing in the Official Journal dated 22.01.2002 and numbered 24648, provides a price advantage to the firm that produces domestic goods in public procurements up to a rate of 15%.

The products which are produced or obtained completely in Turkey and the most recent stage of the production process and the last essential business activity and action which are considered necessary in the economic direction are considered as Domestic Goods.

According to the Decision 2002 / DK-8 of the Public Procurement Board dated 18.12.2002 and numbered 24967 of the Official Journal, "In cases where only domestic tenderers participate in tenders whose approximate cost is below the threshold values, All domestic tenderers in the procurement of services and construction works, in favor of the domestic tenderers who have received the opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and other relevant institutions and organizations and offer the goods determined as domestic goods by the Authority, provisions of the tender document can be accommodated.

However, domestic tenderers participating in tender by joint venture with foreign tenderers can not benefit from this provision. "

In order to be able to evaluate a good as a domestic good, it is required to be certified by the relevant Chamber / Exchange with "Domestic Good Certificate".
